Shopify apps can provide useful features to enhance your online store. However, you may eventually decide an app is no longer worth the monthly or annual subscription fee.
Canceling a Shopify app subscription is easy to do directly through your Shopify admin. Here’s a step-by-step guide.
Locate the Installed Apps Section
Step 1: Log into your Shopify admin.
Step 2: On the left sidebar, click “Apps“. This will open the Installed Apps section.
Step 3: Scroll down to view all apps, Click on ” apps and sales channel settings“.
Step 4: Hover the mouse you want to remove the app, you will see uninstall button. Click on uninstall.
Step 5: Choose reason for uninstalling, and click on uninstall.
Step 6: Done, your app is removed from your Shopify store.
